Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing an excellent shopping experience while prioritising sustainability. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure both efficiency and minimal environmental impact.
1. Order Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, orders are processed and dispatched, making it impossible to cancel them.For orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD), wherever applicable, cancellation must also occur within 12 hours. Failure to cancel within this period may result in a COD charge to cover shipping and handling costs.
2. How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, please contact us via email at [support@unmodaglobal.com] or head over to our Contact Page, providing your order number and reason for cancellation.If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. If payment has already been processed, the refund will be issued as per our refund policy (see below).
3. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item after dispatch, you can refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for options.
4. Refunds on Cancelled Orders
For prepaid orders, the refund will be added to your UNmoda Wallet as soon as the item is received back, or processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation if specified.
If the payment mode is via COD, no refund is applicable since payment has not yet been received.
5. Sustainability Notice
As a brand deeply rooted in sustainability, we encourage thoughtful shopping decisions to reduce unnecessary shipments and returns. Reducing cancellations helps us minimise our carbon footprint, shipping waste and excess packaging.
